1. Services Overview

Proffi Ltd provides custom mobile application development services. Due to the nature of these services (custom software development), refunds and returns are handled differently compared to physical products.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered only if Proffi Ltd fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in the signed project contract.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days after project delivery or termination.
  • Partial refunds may be offered if the project was partially completed or milestones were already approved.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultations, initial project estimations, and preliminary design drafts are non-refundable.
  • Services already commenced or completed with client approval are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds do not apply to intellectual property rights or licenses transferred as part of the project.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Resolution Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project before work begins without penalty.
  • Once development has started, cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed and contract terms.
  • Early termination requires written notice.
